When certain words and phrases in these Conditions start with capital letters, they have specific meanings, known as defined terms.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to statutes include any amendments or re-enactments.
When you buy products through the Site, a legal contract is formed between you and Eternal Collagen in accordance with these Conditions, the Acknowledgement of Order, and any applicable product information. You agree to be bound by these Conditions in full.
Prices may change without notice and are confirmed in your Acknowledgement of Order. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice and without liability.
While we make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect these accurately.
We may, at our discretion, limit the sale of products to certain persons, regions, or jurisdictions, and limit quantities offered.
Each order placed constitutes an offer by you to purchase the products specified, subject to these Conditions. No order shall be deemed accepted until we issue an Acknowledgement of Order. The Contract applies only to the products listed in that Acknowledgement.
Access is permitted on a temporary basis, and we may amend or withdraw the Site or its content at any time without notice. We are not liable if any product becomes unavailable or if access to the Site is interrupted.
Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If provided with a password or login, you must treat this information as confidential. We reserve the right to disable access if we believe you have breached these Conditions.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information provided, including billing and delivery details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) relating to the Site or products. You access and use the Site at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage to your device or data loss resulting from use of the Site.
Our total liability under any Contract shall be limited to the Price of the product or products in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, data, goodwill, or savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Except as expressly stated, all other terms or warranties implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Where products are found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, we may, at our discretion, replace the affected product if notified within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply where the Price was not paid in full, where you failed to follow product storage or usage instructions, or where the defect arose from misuse, wilful damage, or abnormal conditions.
You will have an opportunity to review your order and correct any errors before finalising payment. Payment can be made only by methods offered on the Site.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£). Banks may charge additional fees for certain transactions, for example international payments.
Delivery costs vary depending on destination and will be shown at checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on international deliveries.
We may refuse to process or cancel any payment at our sole discretion. We are not liable to you or any third party as a result of doing so.
Delivery estimates are provided in working days and are approximate. Time shall not be of the essence regarding delivery.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products transfers only once full payment has been received.
If you order products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties or taxes payable upon arrival in your country. You are responsible for these charges. We have no control over or liability for them.
You have 14 days from receiving your products to return them if they are unopened and the security seal remains intact.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered products.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@eternalcollagen.co.uk. You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds require proof of purchase.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched due to the speed of our fulfilment process. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
The Site must not be framed or linked from any external site without permission. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our Site and access to them is at your own risk.
All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property on the Site belong to or are licensed by Eternal Collagen. You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit any Site content without our written consent.
Products are safe when used according to the instructions provided. If uncertain, please contact us for guidance. You are responsible for ensuring the safe and appropriate use of all products purchased.
Eternal Collagen is a food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Use as directed. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
You must not misuse the Site by introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorised access. Such acts may constitute criminal offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we will report breaches to relevant authorities.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of our rights. Any waiver must be in writing.
If any clause is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
We may amend these Conditions from time to time by publishing the updated version on our Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Conditions.
These Conditions and any referenced documents constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior understandings or agreements.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or power failure. In such cases, affected orders may be cancelled and refunded.
No provision in these Conditions is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the Contract under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These Conditions and all related contracts are governed by English law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
